On a 6-dunam site in the most attractive location in Jerusalem, Ashtrom Properties is developing an advanced complex that will stand as a new architectural landmark in the city. 

A residential tower spanning 19,250 sqm will be constructed within the complex, offering 219 apartments for sale. The tower will feature a comprehensive range of amenities, including a pool and spa complex. Additionally, the complex will include an employment and commercial hub, consisting of a 30-story office tower covering 40,000 sqm, a commercial ground floor with 2,700 sqm of retail space, and two pavilion buildings that will link the project to a vibrant urban boulevard.

Two prominent architectural firms are overseeing the planning of the complex: Yeski Mor - Sivan, a leading firm in Israel, and Bitman Ben Tzur, renowned for their expertise in urban planning in Jerusalem.

The project is situated just a 5-minute walk from Mahane Yehuda Market, the Knesset, and Saker Garden, with easy access to the Red Line light rail, train stations, and bus stops. It includes 2,600 meters of bike paths, multi-level pedestrian access, and a direct bridge to the courts and prosecutor's office.
