Ashtrom Group: A Story of Success

Ashtrom Group was founded in 1963 and began its journey as the pioneer of industrialized construction in Israel. Since then and for more than 60 years, the group has played an important role in the construction of the country, while acquiring and establishing companies and factories that have helped it develop, expand and become a leading company in Israel.

Ashtrom Group consists of 8 divisions working in synergy to initiate, execute, market, and manage projects across various sectors: construction, residential development, income-producing properties, construction industries, rental housing, renewable energy, concessions, and international ventures. Its decentralized and diverse activities grant the group its business flexibility and financial robustness. Ashtrom Group’s shares are traded on the Tel Aviv Stock Exchange as part of the TA-125 Index.

Since its establishment, the group has constructed approximately 123,000 housing units and around 3,500,000 sqm of commercial space, offices, hotels, public buildings, as well as industrial and logistics areas. The group specializes in large-scale national projects in transportation infrastructure, including the new Haifa bay Port, the Jerusalem Light Rail, the Carmel Tunnels in Haifa, and the bridges complex at the Glillot Junction.

The Ashtrom Group views itself not merely as a developer, constructor, and operator, but as a creator of essential infrastructures that impact millions of lives.

Six Decades of Success and Growth: Our Journey

The remarkable journey of Ashtrom Group began way back in 1963, with five founders who had a shared vision and a single goal – leading the construction and real estate industry in the developing country. And the rest, as they say, is history. The story of  Ashtrom Group is the story of the State of Israel.
