The Group respects the privacy of the users of the website and/or of those whose information is provided to one of the Group Companies, as defined below (the “User" or “Users” and the “Site”).

This Privacy Policy governs the manner in which the Group uses the information it collects from and in connection with the Users.

 The information presented below is intended to help the User understand the Group’s Privacy Policy. The Privacy Policy, as detailed below, will delineate the information that the Group Companies collect about the Users, the purposes for which the Group Companies collect the information, the possible uses of the information by the Group Companies, the third parties to whom the Group Companies will disclose the information and how the Group maintains and stores the information.

 The information that the User provides to the Group Companies is provided according to the User’s consent and desire and is not based on any legal obligation. The information will be kept in the Group’s database for the purposes specified in this Privacy Policy. The use of the Site and/or the services offered by any of the Group Companies on the Site indicate the User’s agreement to this Privacy Policy and that information will be stored and managed in the aforementioned database.

This Privacy Policy applies equally to all genders.

1.What is Information?

In this Privacy Policy, the term “information” means any information collected by any of the Group Companies or provided thereto by the User or on behalf thereof, including as part of the User’s use of the Site and the services included therein, and which is protected under the Privacy Protection Law, 5741-1981 (the “Law”).

2.The Sources from which the Group Collects Information about the User

2.1  Information received from any of the Group Companies in connection with the use of the Site.

2.2  Information that the user provides to any of the Group Companies, including in connection with the services and/or products that the User purchases from any of the Group Companies and/or in which the User is interested.

2.3  Where the User submits a resume to one of the Group Companies on the Site.

2.4. Where the User requests to join the mailing list of one of the Group Companies.

3.The User’s Information Collected by the Group 

Any one of the Group Companies may collect the following information, in whole or in part, about the Users:

3.1Full name and contact information including phone, mobile phone, email and full address.

3.2  ID number, date of birth, gender, marital status, workplace info, products and/or apartments and/or projects and/or investments in which the User is interested, education, employment background, professional training, property information, bank account details, recordings of conversations, correspondence and other information collected as part of identification procedures and for password and information security purposes.

3.3  Information about the end device with which the User visits the Site and/or with which the User contacted one of the Group Companies.

3.4  Information about the User’s activity on the Site and/or websites through which the User reached the Site and/or contacted the Group, including websites where the Group presented marketing materials.

3.5  Any additional information that the User submits and/or information received from any of the Group Companies in connection with the User and/or the use of the Site, including information that the Group received from third parties according to any law.

4.The Purposes for which the Group Collects the Information

The Group Companies collect the following information for the following purposes, in whole or in part:

4.1  For the purpose of and in connection with the provision of services and/or products provided by any of the Group Companies or on its behalf.

4.2  Operation and management of the Site.

4.3  To enable the User to carry out the actions through the Site.

4.4 For the development and operation of the Site.

4.5For the maintenance of the Site and monitoring its user activity.

4.6To improve the quality of the services and/or products provided by any of the Group Companies, and to contact the User in regard thereof.

4.7To send information that the Group Companies must send under law.

4.8To address inquiries regarding services and/or products that the User was interested in.

4.10For the purpose of preparing statistical data and transferring processed information, statistical or otherwise, to third parties, provided that such information will not allow personal identification of the User.

4.12 To analyze user experience in the various channels of the Group Companies.

4.13 For the purpose of displaying and adjusting ads and/or advertisements that will be presented to the Users and may correspond to their preferences.

4.14 For the purpose of electronically sending advertisements, information about products and services, benefits, promotions, discounts and marketing information.

4.15 For direct mailing purposes as defined by law.

4.16 For the purpose of examining a candidate’s suitability for the positions advertised by any of the Group Companies, posting openings and receiving resumes.

4.17 To defend itself from lawsuits, demands and claims against the Group and anyone on its behalf, as well as against third parties.

4.18 To enforce the provisions of the Terms of Use and this Privacy Policy.

4.19 In order to comply with the provisions of any law.

5.Disclosure of Information

5.1    The Group Companies will not disclose or provide information to third parties other than as specified in the Privacy Policy.

5.2    Any disclosure of Information to third parties will include relevant information only, that does not exceed the purposes for which the Information is disclosed and will be carried out in a proportionate manner for a specified, explicit and legitimate purpose.

5.3    The Group Companies may disclose the information collected by them or any part thereof to third parties, in any of the following instances:

5.3.1      Where Information is received from one of the companies in the Group, that company may disclose the Information to Ashstrom Group Ltd., and when information is received by the Ashstrom Group Ltd., it may disclose it to any of the relevant Group Companies, for the purpose of adapting services and/or products for the User and the improvement of the services and/or products.

5.3.2      Third parties that provide various services to members of the Group, including support for security systems and information technology (IT) systems, information storage services, website building services, printing services, survey services, companies that provide advertising and marketing services, browsing behavior monitoring services, customer relations management, mailing and communication systems, lawyers, accountants, customer service centers, communication providers, and other external professional consultants, and other third parties who provide services to any of the Group Companies in connection with its activities, for the purpose of receiving said services by any of the Group Companies.

5.3.3      If any instruction, including a judicial order, is received by any of the Group Companies ordering it to disclose the User’s details or information about the User in accordance with the provisions of any law.

5.3.4      In any dispute, claim, demand or any legal proceedings between the User or anyone on the User’s behalf and any of the Group Companies or anyone on its behalf.

5.3.5      In case of any transfer and/or sale and/or assignment and/or purchase, of any of the Group Companies and/or its assets and/or any part thereof, for consideration or for no consideration, inter alia, where the ownership of the Site and/or its contents is transferred, in whole or in part, to third parties, including but not limited to a merger of any of the Group Companies and/or its activities with third parties, and including, without detracting from the generality of the above, in cases of a change of control, full or partial, of any of the Group Companies as well as in the process of examining the feasibility of the possibilities mentioned above.

5.3.6      Resumes will be forwarded to the Group Companies that offer the advertised job in relation to which the resume was submitted.

5.3.7      If a claim is made or a suspicion arises among any of the Group Companies that a User has committed an act and/or omission that may harm any of the Group Companies, anyone acting on its behalf or any third parties, including other Users.

5.3.8     If a claim is made or a suspicion arises among any of the Group Companies that a User is using the Site for the purpose of committing an illegal act and/or to enable, facilitate, assist and/or encourage the commission of such an act.

5.3.9      In any case in which any of the Group Companies considers the disclosure of the information is necessary to prevent damage to any of the Group Companies, the User or any third party.

6.Information Security

The Group takes technical and physical measures regarding privacy and information security in accordance with customary standards. Storage and transmission of information by electronic means, including via the Internet, is never completely safe, and at any time when the User submits information to any of the Group Companies, particularly via the Internet, the User does so with full consent and subject to the risks involved in the transmission of Information in this way. The Group does not guarantee that the Site will be completely protected from unauthorized access to the information stored on it. Whenever the User has reason to believe that the transfer of the information to any of the Group Companies is no longer safe, the User should inform us by contacting us as stated in section 18 of the Privacy Policy.

7.Disclaimer

The Group Companies and anyone acting on their behalf shall not bear any liability, and are exempt from any responsibility, in connection with any damage, loss or expense, of any kind, whether direct or indirect and/or circumstantial and/or consequential, which has been and/or will be incurred by Users and/or any third party, in connection with collection of information and the use thereof, the transfer of information to third parties, its protection, security etc.

8.Information Term of Possession

The Group will keep the information about the User for the period of time necessary to ensure the purposes detailed in this Privacy Policy unless a longer retention period is required or permitted by law.

9.Information About Others

If the User provides personal information to any of the Group Companies regarding others, including family members and other third parties, the User must only do so after: (a) the User has informed the third parties about the content of this policy; and (b) the User obtained their consent to the collection, use, disclosure and transfer of personal information about the third party in accordance with this policy and in accordance with the provisions of the law, as necessary.

10.Automatic Data Collection

The Group uses analysis, statistical analysis and research services of third parties such as Google Analytics. The use of Google Analytics services is subject to the Google Analytics Terms of Use and Privacy Policy. By using the Site, the User accepts Google’s Privacy Policy.

12.Links and Hyperlinks

The Site may offer links, hyperlinks or banners to other websites; however, the Group does not monitor or supervise their reliability and legality, or anything related to their security and privacy protection policies.

The Group Companies are not responsible for the use made by Users of the links that appear on the Site, on pages that are not on the Site or on other sites, and the Users undertake to obey and comply with the instructions and terms of use of said sites or web pages and to directly contact the providers of said sites or pages in relation to issues that arise in connection with their review, use, etc.

Thus, the Group Companies shall not bear any responsibility, of any kind, in connection with the other sites, including in relation to the collection, use, disclosure of information on the other sites, the content published on the pages of the other sites, etc.

13.Advertisements and Marketing Information

The Group Companies may send Users information, offers and promotions on various products and services of any of the Group Companies and of third parties, including those that may be of interest to the User and/or suit the User’s preferences.

14.The Right to Review and Correct the Information

The right to review and correct personal information are carried out in accordance with the provisions of the law. If the User wishes to review or correct the information, this can be carried out by contacting the Group as detailed in section 18 of this Privacy Policy.

15.Applicable Law and Jurisdiction

The terms and provisions detailed herein as well as any change or amendment thereof shall be governed by the laws of the State of Israel without reference to any applicable choice of law clauses. The courts in Tel Aviv-Yafo shall have exclusive jurisdiction in connection with any dispute and/or claim that may arise in connection with the use of the Site and this Privacy Policy.

16.Changes and Updates

The Group may, at its sole discretion, change this Privacy Policy from time to time, without having to provide any notice. The latest Privacy Policy published on the Site will bind the User. The User’s continued use of the Site after the Privacy Policy has been updated constitutes the User’s consent to the updated policy, including any changes thereto.

17.Miscellaneous

The User may not assign any rights and/or obligations under this Privacy Policy to others. The Group may transfer its rights and/or obligations to others.

This Privacy Policy shall not derogate from any right granted to any member of the Group and/or to anyone on its behalf under any law.
