Residential Complex Overlooking the Douro River

The new residential complex is being developed in multiple phases. Stage A, with 76 housing units, has been completed and is fully occupied. Stage B, consisting of 70 units, is under construction and will be completed by early 2025. An additional 144 units are in various stages of development and construction.

The complex was built to meet European standards, ensuring high construction quality. It features premium finishes, underground parking, and a stone facade. Each apartment includes built-in closets, air conditioning, kitchen appliances, and parquet flooring.

The project is located on the southern bank of the Douro River, near the lively Gaya marina and its boardwalk. Future plans for environmental development include creating an ecological park spanning approximately 16,500 sqm.
