The prestigious hotel, located in the heart of the German Colony in Jerusalem, has presented the work teams in the field with unique engineering and logistical challenges, also on account of the need for meticulous preservation works.

The hotel complex, spread over a 5.6 dunam area, includes 5 separate structures - a 9 storey high building with 206 rooms and luxury suites, two buildings for preservation each continuing 20 compartments and two luxury apartment blocks. The hotel contains a total of 243 guestrooms, including 23 suites. The complex also contains a dining room, a spa area, a gymnasium, an indoor pool, an outdoor roof pool on the tenth floor, a conference and events room, car parks and public areas.
Part of the hotel is designated a listed building on account of its historical significance, so that the construction operations combined new building techniques with complex conservation processes, aimed at blending in with the aged urban environment while preserving the unique character of the place.
