Demolition and Rebuilding of Residential Neighbourhood    

NEO on the Hill is an urban renewal project that included the demolition of residential buildings in the heart of an urban area and the reconstruction of 5 luxury towers offering 402 housing units and covering an area of approximately 24,000 sq.m.  

In the first phase two buildings were erected with 144 housing units, and 3 more buildings were erected in the second phase. Construction proceeded in the heart of a saturated area with adherence to safety requirements, taking working hours into consideration and reducing noise levels in an effort to minimise the disturbance to the lives of local residents.

At every stage of construction, Ashtrom Construction prioritizes safety, precise logistical planning, horizontal management, strict quality control, and maximum flexibility - From excavation and pile drilling, to laying the foundations, through to the installation of electrical and mechanical systems, finishing works in each apartment, and dealing with the surrounding green spaces.
