HaMifras Tower

A 137m High Tower with a Unique Futuristic Look

HaMifras Tower, also known as the Rocket Tower, is a unique and impressive 29-storey structure in the lower town area of Haifa, housing the Haifa and Northern District Government Centre. The tower rises to a height of 137 m. and is topped by a turret with a pair of sails.

The HaMifras Tower was constructed using cutting-edge engineering techniques and technology, unprecedented in Israeli public buildings, to ensure resilience against high winds and earthquakes. Featuring a futuristic design, the tower was built from advanced materials and engineered for optimal durability.

In both design and construction, the project aimed to harmonize tradition and modernity. A series of classic arches connects Pal Yam Avenue to the contemporary skyscraper, complemented by replicas of ancient mosaics and historical maps of Haifa, creating a unique blend of past and present.
