From the Infrastructure Laying to the Building Finishing Works Phase

Timorim Logistics Centre, located in the Re’em Industrial Estate, has 3 storeys including about 45,000 sq.m. of storage and logistics areas and approx. 5,000 sq.m. of commercial areas, workshops, offices and an underground car park.

The Logistics Centre is being built to flexible plans adapted to changing needs,while taking into account the movement of merchandise, efficient operation, prompt storage and supply, flexibility and future expansion, and adaptation to advanced logistics technologies. A variety of sophisticated solutions were applied in the  Logistics Centre construction, including the use of a concrete frame, cladding on the industrialised frame, prestressed floors adapted to varying loads and an industrialised ceiling providing for the utmost operational flexibility.  

All of the Logistics Centre construction elements are produced at the Ashcrete plant and transported to the site - columns, beams of various cross-sections, prestressed hollow slabs of varying thickness and precast façade walls. This enables the building process to be streamlined and work time shortened. The workshops at the Logistics Centre are located on the top floor, making it necessary to instal a ramp system for moving merchandise and materials - also produced at the Ashcrete plant.
