Ashtrom Construction, through its subsidiary Ashtrom Engineering and Construction, is behind the construction of an urban renewal project in the old elite neighborhood in Ramat Gan. In this 2-tower project, the first tower is already fully occupied, while the second tower is in advanced stages of occupancy.

Residential Towers and Kindergartens in a Congested Neighborhood

The High Line Complex, spanning an area of 2.5 dunams, features two residential towers, each rising 31 floors to a height of 106 meters. The towers were constructed above multiple levels of an underground parking lot, and the complex also includes the addition of two kindergartens, enhancing its community-focused design.

The location of the complex in a densely populated neighborhood demanded advanced maneuvering and logistical capabilities at the construction site. The restricted and narrow access roads necessitated the use of a climbing formwork system for the building core. This system offers numerous advantages: it eliminates the need for a large staging area, significantly reduces crane usage, shortens the construction time of each floor, and optimizes schedules during critical construction phases.

Another construction characteristic of the project is industrialization of the plumbing systems in wet rooms, a unique process followed for the first time in a residential structure in Israel.
