Office and Commercial Tower in the City’s Prime Location

Ashtrom Properties is redesigning our work environment to seamlessly blend work and personal life while optimizing time management in a dynamic setting. In line with this vision, the company is planning, along with Mivtah Shamir, a 30-story office tower above a 2,000 sqm commercial floor, featuring shops, cafés, and restaurants.

Yashar Architects’ unique design emphasizes incorporating nature into the office space through natural elements, colors, and green areas. The design will also feature distinctive public spaces, creating a dynamic environment that adapts to tenants' evolving daily needs.

The tower will be constructed in a prime location at the entrance to the Stock Exchange complex in Ramat Gan, at the intersection of HaYetzira, Abba Hillel, and Hahilazon streets. It will be conveniently situated near the light rail, Arlozorov train station, and major traffic routes.

Ashtrom Properties designs the complex to meet LEED Platinum standards, prioritizing sustainability, energy efficiency, and full accessibility.
