Development and Management of a Magistrate’s Court
Spanning three floors, the building features 9 courtrooms, judges' chambers, a detention center, a reception hall, a cafeteria, a technical roof floor, and an underground parking lot. The court complex also accommodates the traffic court and the regional labor court.
Completed by Ashtrom Construction in 2007, the complex is now managed by Ashtrom Concessions, overseeing operational and maintenance tasks such as operation of electro-mechanical systems, management of maintenance workers, cleaning services, building accessibility, parking lot operations, continuous building upgrades to meet evolving needs, and coordination with external contractors and suppliers.
