Project Description

An Advanced, Accessible, and Environmentally Friendly Complex

The Petah Tikva Magistrate's Court complex features two main floors with four intermediate levels, housing 39 courtrooms, judges' chambers, an SBS wing, detention rooms, and a public parking lot for employees, visitors, and the general public. The complex also includes a control center, data center, air conditioning control, and fire extinguishing systems.

Following the skeleton and sealing works, construction and finishing were completed with strict adherence to safety protocols. The building is fully accessible, incorporates advanced technology, and was constructed using environmentally friendly materials with a focus on energy efficiency.
