The Einstein project in Ramat Aviv features three adjoining 8-story residential buildings, comprising 135 housing units of various sizes and specifications, all situated above a two-level underground parking lot. The development includes advanced landscaping, bicycle paths, and a connection to the light rail.

Located in the heart of a densely populated urban area, near a residential neighborhood and educational institutions, the project presents several engineering and logistical challenges. These challenges included restricted hours for truck deliveries and the necessity to minimize noise disturbances for the nearby residents.

Throughout all stages of construction, Ashtrom Construction upholds construction safety, precise logistical planning, effective horizontal management, and strict quality control to ensure maximum flexibility.
