An Advanced Employment and Commercial Complex

The office and commercial campus in Yavne will span approximately 22 dunams, strategically located near Route 4 and the Yavne interchange. The campus will feature three 16-story office towers covering around 85,000 sqm, built above an underground parking facility. At street level, commercial and entertainment floors will offer shops, restaurants, and cafes, while the entire campus will be surrounded by green areas. 

The complex will also include Ashtrom Port, a managed office space providing comprehensive and advanced management services, along with top-tier amenities.

Ashtrom Properties is committed to environmental sustainability and is designing the campus in line with the Israeli standard for green construction, IS 5281. The project emphasizes energy efficiency, integration of green spaces, and full accessibility, aiming to create an ecological, healthy, and pleasant environment for tenants.
