Modern Design in Harmony with the Environment
The Beit Ruth project, developed as part of an urban renewal initiative, is situated on a street lined with low-rise buildings. To blend seamlessly with its surroundings, the tower was designed to complement the existing architectural style of the neighborhood. Designed by Daniel Mualem Architects and by Rabin Architects, the tower offers contemporary living with spacious interiors and a strong connection to the outdoors through wide windows.
The 10-story building features 20 apartments, including 3-5 rooms apartments, garden apartments, and a luxurious full-floor penthouse. Its striking facade integrates various materials and textures, creating visual interest. The grand entrance lobby leads to two underground parking levels.
Located near HaYarkon Park, Kikar HaMedina, and Ayalon routes, the tower provides an exceptional living experience for those seeking both quality and a prime location.
